With over 10 years of experience in both hospital and private practice settings, she specializes in pelvic health, musculoskeletal therapy, and sports injury management. Ndapile integrates clinical Pilates, manual therapy, dry needling, and the latest Physiotherapy advancements into her holistic treatment approach. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, cooking, and traveling.
