Mehalah is a dedicated physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle in 2021.

She began her career in Karratha, working in a private practice where she treated individuals with a wide range of conditions, including neurological disorders, acute and chronic sports injuries, paediatric presentations, workers compensation cases, and general musculoskeletal concerns.

Following her time in Karratha, Mehalah moved to Mindarie, where she spent two years practicing in a clinic setting. There, she ran Pilates and gym-based rehabilitation classes, treated private clients, conducted home visits, and delivered hydrotherapy sessions.

Mehalah takes a holistic approach to physiotherapy, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just the presenting symptom or impairment. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve lasting improvements in their health and well-being.

She is qualified in dry needling, exercise rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, hands-on manual therapy, lifestyle modification, patient education, and coordinating care through referrals to a multidisciplinary team.
